Rent A Car in Agia Pelagia Crete

Our car rates include:

  • Full Insurance, collision damage waiver (CDW)
    Renter is not accountable for destruction or damages made to the car. The rental cars are protected by the automobile comprehensive insurance.

  • Full Damage Waiver (FDW+RWD), Special Full Coverage
    This protects you from damages caused underneath the car, to glass, fire, wheels and machine/motor dysfunction.

  • Public Liability Insurance (PL)
    For personal injury the limit is up to 1.500.000 euros and up to 1.500.000 euro for broken, smashed properties.

  • Protection against theft (TP)
    In the unfortunate event that the vehicle is stolen then the renter is released from the obligation.

  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
    We hope an accident will never happen, but if this occurs you are covered for medical costs  and many more.

We can pick up and drop off cars to most places on Crete, including to your hotel, desired airport or port. Please contact us for a quote. This is free to all of Agia Pelagia area including Agia Pelagia, Ligaria, Mades, Palaiokastro, Fodele.

Terms & Conditions

Driver’s Age

Requirements for age. The age requirement for renting a car is 19 years old and the existence of a valid driving license for the minimum period of 1 year prior to renting.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers are free of charge. All additional drivers’ names must be written on the car rental contract.

Traffic Tickets and Fines

Any traffic tickets and fines which are received during the renting period are the responsibility of the renter. The car hire company should be informed about any such traffic violation or tickets.

Fuel Policy

Same to Same. Fuel is marked on the car rental contract at the time of delivering the car at the start of the rental period and must be returned at the same level at the end of the journey. If you require a full tank  please contact us in advance. We don’t refund in case you return the car with more fuel than you picked it up with.

Car rental period

Minimum rental length is 1 rental day which equals to 24 hours.

In case of an accident

If an accident occurs you must inform the police and a police report must be made. You must also immediately alert the rental company. If the police don’t carry out a report, then the renter is fully accountable for the repairs to the car. This report eliminates any responsibility for the renter. Do not make any repairs which are unauthorized to the rental car.

Late car returning

You must return the rented car at the designated place and on the date and time stated on the rental contract. In case you wish to extend your rental or in case of a late return, you must inform us in advance.

Rentals outside the border and ferries.

Transporting the car to and from any other island or the mainland Greece is not permitted. All insurances will be rejected and the renter will be responsible for any damage caused, if the vehicle is driven elsewhere than on Crete. Written permission by our firm is mandatory for any renter who wishes to use ferries and transporting the rental car to another island.

Alcohol, drugs and Driving

For neglectful or drunken driving, driving while intoxicated with illegal substances, prohibited countries/areas, evident disregarding actions to the car, willful damage to the car, the renter is fully accountable for all charges. Off road driving is not allowed.

Vehicle key loss

The customer is responsible for all the charges to replace car keys which have been damaged or lost.

Pick up and Drop off locations

This is free to all of Agia Pelagia area including Agia Pelagia, Ligaria, Mades, Palaiokastro, Fodele. Please contact us for more information for delivery at Heraklion airport/city or Chania airport.

Child seats / Baby seats

Booster/Child seats and baby seats are free of charge and available upon renter’s request. You may also request additional seats.
